Hard to believe that Milo was our smallest Eel when we got him. In no time, he munched his way to the top of the scale and was the biggest by far when we took him back to the shelter. Milo was a typical orange tabby boy – very outgoing to the point of being a little bossy, but very peep-oriented. Milo was also our only adventurer… when there was a jailbreak, all the other Eels could easily be coaxed back by showing them dinner, but Milo was more interested in checking out the 50K staff cats and the environs beyond the 50K ranch. He quickly learned that he could dash behind the desk and elude capture.

I guessed that Milo would be the first to get his forever home, and I was right. He was a Christmas present for a little girl. We’re sure they’ll have lots of fun together.
